The base grid of every kumiko panel is rows of half-lap notches, all at identical spacing and identical depth. The Gang Station saws a whole pack of strips at once: strips gang flush in a tunnel, paired saw slots guide the blade at your exact pattern pitch, and the depth lives in the slot floors — the blade lands on them and physically stops at 1/3, 1/2, or 2/3 depth. The stepped holder staggers the pack so station 1 lands one pitch from every strip’s own end, and a printed wedge locks everything. No screws, no inserts, no measuring. The STL set is free. Or order it printed to your spec.

Every notch identical. By construction.
The saw can only land where the slots let it, and can only stop where the floors catch it. Pitch, depth and fit are printed into the jig — nothing to set, nothing to drift.
